1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Global Talent Management. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Global Talent Management provides talent management services for musicians, athletes, TV personalities, and digital creators. Our services include but are not limited to career development, booking management, brand partnerships, and strategic consulting.

3. Contractual Relationship

A contractual relationship between Global Talent Management and a client is established through a written management agreement. The specific terms of representation, commission rates, and duration will be outlined in the individual management contract.

4. Obligations of the Client

The client agrees to work exclusively with Global Talent Management for the services outlined in the management agreement. The client must provide all necessary information and materials required for effective representation.

5. Fees and Payment

Commission rates and payment terms are specified in the individual management contract. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all business information, strategies, and personal data shared during the course of the business relationship.

7. Termination

The terms of termination are specified in the individual management contract. Both parties must adhere to the notice periods and conditions outlined in the agreement.

8. Liability

Global Talent Management is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for indirect damages and consequential damages is excluded unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and all legal relationships between Global Talent Management and the client are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
